These guys are awesome. They were about to close and I called in the last few minutes desperate for help because I lost my storage locker keys and I asked in they could help me get into my storage locker. They told me yes and when they were on their way here we found the keys to the lock. I called and tried to compensate them for their troubles and they declined. Although I didn’t end up using their services today, their integrity, willingness to help, and kindness is unmatched. If/when I need any lock services, they will be my first call, and they should be yours too!

They charged me a lot for a very simple job, and If they had just told me that I could have lubricated the lock myself with a spray you can buy on Amazon, rather than charging me an hour of labor on top of the $90 call out fee, for something that literally took 5mins, I would have appreciated it. When I queried the charges and said, hey I am a repeat customer and it literally took your worker 5 mins to inspect and lubricate the lock- which I am,( they did at least a thousand dollars of work for me previously when my business was broken into) person I was speaking to said " I never heard of you so you must not be that good of a customer. I guess I'm not.

These guys are the absolute best! Moved into an old apartment and had gone to multiple other key copy places and no one was able to make a copy, here at Lock World he was able to immediately make a copy hassle free! I’ve continued to use them for all my key copy needs (motorcycle keys etc) with quick and cost effective work. They're extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, can’t recommend enough!

Best Lock Emergency Service in San Francisco. I spoke to a live person at Midnight, and he scheduled to come out the next day. It was less than the cost of the dealership repair with No towing involved. I was back on the road within a single hour after his arrival.

$420 2015 Mercedes key with programming $300 2018 Ford Fiesta with programming $300 2016 Honda with programming The only difference between the 3 is that MB is European. To me, they look exactly the same. And perform the same function. Someone is ripping someone off. You know Mercedes Benz buys $1 electronic circuit from China and has the MB logo placed on it and cut a certain way to make it look different. That's about it. Overpriced if you ask me, because you can buy these keys on Amazon for $13(MB original compared to Amazon in pictures) and have them cut and programmed, which is what I did. They can't seem to keep track of their paperwork for one single day. Different estimates in the same day between two different staff. However the mobile service tech Mario was 5 star. Very nice to work with. But in the end the tech left and car had check engine light, luckily I have my handy scan tool to clear the body control module.
