First-time client with Locks Myth and had a 5-star experience from start to finish! I booked a women's haircut appointment over the phone since the website had more complicated services than I wanted. The front desk girl was very polite and friendly; she was able to get me an appointment the next day (Friday) with their wavy hair specialist Melissa. Friday arrived, and we had a 2 hour drive there, so we left early and still arrived 10 minutes late (I called ahead to let them know, and they said it was ok). Luckily, when I arrived, Melissa was still working on a male client's cut and style, so I waited for her to finish in the comfy couch. They have a spacious location, so there's a lot of room to walk around or just sit. Melissa was very understanding and careful with my hair since I haven't had a cut in a few years. I asked her to do layers since a straight cut is nearly impossible with my wavy hair. She did wonders and even listened to my husband since he remembered that I wanted an undercut for the back of my head since I overheat in the summer. The entire consult, wash, and cut took about 1.5 hrs and base cost was $75 (excluding tip). I'm very happy with the results and will be back another time. Greatly recommend Melissa for midlength wavy hair! Thanks, Locks Myth team for taking good care of me and treating my husband well, too :)
Chanel Hernandez is an absolute hair goddess. I have been having my hair cut by her since she was still at Paul Mitchell and I have loved every single cut she's given me. Now that she's at Locksmyth's the setting matches her talent. The salon is beautiful, relaxed, and honestly looks exactly how a salon I designed would look. Everyone is professional and extremely helpful. I brought my step- daughter here and she loved it too. I always look forward to my next appointment.
