Went for a nail repair on rear tire. Worker didn't patch tire correctly because the next morning I had to put more air in the tire. The next day it went very low too. I took it to another tire shop and they fixed the issue. And tire is good, no leaks.

This place is a straight-up scam. In my experience, they use pressure tactics and try to upsell people into expensive tires they don’t need. They told my mom she had to buy $120 tires before they would do a simple alignment, even though her tires still had plenty of tread. We left, went somewhere else, and the car was fixed for a fraction of the cost with zero issues. Based on what I’ve personally seen, this place takes advantage of people who don’t know cars — especially women. I would never trust them with my money or my car.

There’s a mix up of reviews for this place usually from inpatient people and I understand that some techs won’t greet you because it happened to me too. In my opinion the technicians are usually busy and it’s hard for them to get to everyone at the same time. Patience is key when going to a place like this. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and knowledgeable.

I’ve always come here for my tires, they’re fast and friendly. They always communicate with you when selecting your tires to have you inspect and approve before installation. I’ve been a customer for years. I recently came due to a blown tire and was there 30 min max.
