We service multiple properties across Los Angeles, and as the owner of a maintenance company, we often see rental properties and HOAs go through frequent changes in property managers—sometimes we don’t even know who’s in charge. We recently worked with Lotus West Properties on a re-roof of one of their apartment buildings. Ari, Byron, Brandon, and the whole group at Lotus West were exceptional clients to work with across the board.
