Have shopped at this store before Nathan was our sales representative, as before it was a pleasure to work with him. No pressure sales friendly courteous staff would highly recommend. Will use them again.
Nathan is awesome! He greeted us then let us look around without hovering. We left, then returned 3 hours later and Nathan recognized us and welcomed us back. We had narrowed down our search at this point and closed the deal with Nathan.
Marcus helped us so much! Great customer service, knowledge, and smooth process all the way through. He helped my sister buy a couch the day prior & I took my husband back the next day to look at a piece I was eyeing & of course Marcus was there to help us again! We can’t wait for our furniture to arrive! Beautiful pieces & can’t beat prices!!
I needed a new recliner so I shopped at several local stores, including their websites. The LOW in Clarksville showed a great deal on one with the features I wanted, so I called to check, and they had one in stock. When I arrived I was greeted by Marcus, and he showed it to me. It was very nice, so I decided to buy it. While he was preparing the sales order, I began looking around at other recliners. I found one that had even more features, so he came over to talk about it, since it didn't cost much more. He explained that the first one I chose was the display model, so it could only be sold at the lower price on an 'as is' basis, with no warranty. That meant the other recliner was actually a better deal! That's the one I chose, and I'm very happy I did. Marcus was great to work with, I highly recommend LOW in Clarksville!
We had a great experience at Louisville Overstock of Clarksville! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Marcus helped us out and did an excellent job walking us through our options, answering all of our questions, and making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. The selection was impressive, the prices were fair, and the overall process was smooth and stress-free. Marcus really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality furniture and great customer service.
