Katie has been absolutely amazing. I first found her through Tandem Pilates and I’m so glad to see how she’s started her own cute studio! Her routine always has such a great flow and always has an aspect to it that makes it differently exciting and challenging than the last. Her studio has three reformers, and I absolutely adore the size of the small group class. She also offers private sessions! Also in a great location. Will definitely be back regularly!

I’ve never been about to do yoga because of flexibility limitations, and I’ve struggled to find a strength workout that really worked for my body- until I found L&T Pilates. Katie always leaves me feeling challenged yet supported. It’s that rare combination of a gentle but TOUGH workout that I feel (in the best way) for days afterward.
L & T Pilates is a beautiful space off Lakeshore in Oakland with plenty of street parking. Katie is very knowledgeable and supportive in her instruction to ensure each client maintains integrity through all movements on the reformer. Appreciated her creativity to activate all parts of the body - I was sweating within first 5 min! Highly recommend Katie for a caring and comprehensive Pilates experience. xG
