A lot of fun but understaffed. One young lady doing like 5 jobs. Lucky Strike please get her some help. She gets 5 stars. Not the business.
Great experience. It seems like a hidden gem. We went on a Wednesday night and hardly anyone else was there. Great prices, didn't know it was half price Wednesday til after. All the machines were in the best condition I've ever seen at any arcade all of them were working properly and the staff were super friendly and helpful
The food and portion sizes were great, and we had a fantastic waiter who did his job well and delivered everything we asked for. The games were fun, though the drinks were on the pricey side. However, my experience at the bar was disappointing. The two bartenders, an older man and woman who seemed to be running the bar handled our order poorly. My friend and I ordered our drinks separately, assuming we’d each pay for our own. Instead, they combined our orders into one tab without asking. When I asked about it, the woman simply said the tab was already closed and told me my friend could Venmo me or I’d just get a “free drink” from my friend. The way it was handled felt dismissive and lacking basic courtesy. Additionally, I noticed another group that arrived after us was seated sooner, even though our party was about the same size. Overall, while the food and service from our waiter were great, the bar staff and seating experience really took away from an otherwise enjoyable night.

Lucky Strike is the perfect spot for family and friends to catch the games, especially since they open bright and early at 7 a.m. on Sundays during the season. The staff here is a big part of what makes this place so special. They are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. It's clear they go the extra mile—they even remember regulars and their favorite teams, which is a really nice touch. It's fun to see all the staff members sporting football shirts and jerseys, too! The venue itself is always clean and easy to get around. It's also very kid-friendly, with a game area that keeps the little ones entertained. If you're looking for a comfortable, lively, and welcoming place to enjoy Sunday football, Lucky Strike is definitely it.
Located on the 3rd floor of the mall,we went around noon time and it was pretty packed with family and all sorts of people having a great time with arcade games,ticket games,and just eating and drinking at the bar and restaurant. Had a great time playing some of the games and just chilling out and winding down after some shopping at the mall. There's also a small bowling alley upstairs. The door and stairs to the bowling area is at the far end right corner of Lucky Strike. There's actually another bar upstairs along with the bowling alley so if you want a quieter place to sip a drink,then go up there. If you want a more lively atmosphere ,tvs with sports on and do not mind the crowd and noise,then the bar downstairs is where you wanna be at.
