Incredible experience as a first time patron. Brought in a recently purchased, very used car. The inspection was thorough, needed work was very clear and pricing was competitive. Staff were thoughtful and took time to explain things. We will now be taking our other car there moving forward.
I rarely give 5 stars. For any service, however, after using Luke's multiple times felt it was greatly deserved. The gentlemen at Luke's provided quick and professional service. Since I had to leave my car and didn't have a way home they provided transportation from and back to the shop. Pricing was fair, work completed timely and car runs excellent.
Took my truck to Lukes when I was in Ohio. They were great about trying to get me back on the road that day being from NWI. Although that wasn't possible since the issue was more severe than originally thought. They were great communicating with me and the cost I paid was more than fair. I definitely recommend them.
Luke’s Auto Repair has been a great experience.I felt respected and valued as a customer. The communication was professional and friendly. They tell you what the issue is and what are recommended repairs for the future. Josh was really kind and a blessing to me especially with my repairs taking place during the holidays. Something I will never forget. I was also given a LYFT to and from work, which was kind. After getting my repairs done, the next day I choose to get some additional repairs done. I was provided with a loaner vehicle, and this allowed me to continue my life as normal. The over professional experience and focus on customer satisfaction is the reason I will continue to take my cars here for any future repairs.
This was the first time I had to get an oil change without my dad, so I was really nervous. However, everyone at Luke's was so nice and professional! They got me everything I needed and treated me great the whole time! Great service and affordable prices! Highly recommend them!!
