First time at Luna Lash with Amy and it was great! I had lashes before & just getting back in the routine. Amy was extremely thorough & genuine when explaining everything to me during our consultation. She answered all my questions & then some; she was very patient, and I loved her specificity & detail, especially with eyelash care and health. She actually read my intake form, took into consideration my wants, needs and came through addressing all of those, AND I love my lashes BC they look natural, which was my main goal! I look forward to seeing her again & continuing with my eyelash routine… I will say that the music was a bit loud for me ✨ All in all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would recommend this place to anyone! I got a lash lift and the results were absolutely amazing. The environment is peaceful and relaxing; even the tables they use during the service are so comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Everyone who works here is incredible, but a special shoutout to Jasmin and Jaymee, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Your customer service is unmatched, your skill speaks for itself, and you’ve officially gained a lifelong client. I’ll be referring everyone I know. Thank you again!
Best consultation ever. I felt heard and end result is amazing. I even forget I have lash extensions on. They feel so natural! I also love that they teach you about cleansing your lashes. The product they have is amazing! And not one lash has fallen off. Jasmin is probably the best lash girl I’ve ever had. Also the inside of the place is soooo cute.
I’m really happy with my experience at Luna Lash. After my long-time lash technician moved last year, I’ve been searching for a place that offered the same level of expertise and service. After visiting three other salons and struggling with either the look or lack of retention, I’ve found my new place for getting my lashes done. Luna Lash is extremely clean and decorated so cute and stylishly. They’ve thought of everything…lockers for your personal items, a lash cleaning station, new client lounge chairs that are curved to fit your body and so comfortable. I’ve never experienced a team so knowledgeable and helpful in the care of my lashes. They took the time to look at photos I brought in and really listened to me describe the look I wanted. They walked me through the products that would be helpful to me and guided me in the washing and maintenance of my lashes for in between visits. Everyone is incredibly kind, professional and talented. Jamie, Amy and Jasmin have done my lashes and I recommend all of them highly! Five stars!!!
I've been going to Luna Lash for a few years now and have had an incredible experience literally every time I've been. I tried quite a few other spots before I found them, and they are the only ones who have delivered consistently solid results with lashes that last and look good. They have reasonable prices, they educate you on how to care for your lashes properly, and they clearly use high quality supplies. love love love! Amy is also incredible - I mostly see her whenever her very busy schedule is available! go there, it’s worth it!
