I’m very disappointed with the service I received and the way my concerns have been handled since. During the cleaning, multiple items in my home were damaged. My guest bathroom sink now has several chips that were not there prior to the service. Paint was removed from my kitchen wall and trash can. A marble coaster was broken on a mirrored table, damaging both, and another mirror was scratched. There were also serious safety and care issues involving my pet. I clearly communicated that my cat was not to be disturbed, yet blankets he was hiding under were immediately pulled back, which visibly traumatized him. Additionally, my front door was left open numerous times, despite the cleaners knowing there was a pet in the home. This was extremely concerning. After leaving a very detailed review through the company’s internal survey, I received only a generic text message, with no phone call or meaningful acknowledgment of the damage or safety concerns. More recently, I called and asked to speak with leadership. I was asked to send photos of the damage, which I did promptly. Since sending those photos, I have received no response—no return calls and no follow-up texts. At this point, the lack of accountability and communication has been just as disappointing as the service itself. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Had the magenta team today, they did great! My house looks amazing. I cannot wait to have them back in a few weeks.
The Blue Team did an excellent job. Within the hour limit, they accomplished the tasks I needed - cleaning the window blinds, cleaning the light fixture, and the ceiling fans. They were even able to clean the living room floor. Very happy with their work and they were very polite and friendly. Will ask for the Blue Team again for next time. Thank you very much!

I had Lupe's Home Cleaning do a deep clean before a gathering at my home, and they did a remarkable job. The ladies were very professional, took great care of my house, and it was clear they took their time. The restroom tiles in the shower look brand new, the kitchen is spotless, and even the baseboards, blinds, and fans were thoroughly cleaned. The best part was how fresh and clean everything smelled when they were done. I’m very impressed with their work and look forward to continuing to use them for my deep cleaning needs.
