I would give this place zero stars if I could. From the very beginning, my experience at Luxs Nail Lounge was awful. Karen did the prep on my nails and was extremely rude right away. She rushed through filing my real nails, leaving them uneven, and when she started applying the acrylic, it was completely unacceptable. Acrylic was placed all over my cuticles, and there was even acrylic near my knuckles. After I complained about both how my nails were turning out and how Karen was treating me, the manager stepped in to finish the service. By that point, I was already uncomfortable and just ready to leave. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve. When I got home and really looked at my nails, I was so upset. There is acrylic on the backs of all my nails, the application is extremely thick, and the paint job looks rushed and sloppy. I felt rushed the entire time, and honestly robbed of my money. I want to strongly emphasize how rude Karen was from the start and how unprofessional this whole experience was. I will never be returning.
I have been going here for about 3 years! Every time i leave extremely happy with my nails!! Everyone is so friendly and the drinks are amazing! These are some of my favorites!
I’ve been going here to get my nails done for 2.5 years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I always come in with a picture, and my nails are identical to the picture. And if I don’t know what I want that day? They take such amazing creative direction. Wonderful nail salon.
I love my nails! They have great customer service, they did my nails and toes exactly how I requested it, and I was not overcharged. I drove 30 minutes because they stay open late on Sundays, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
I came in on a Sunday and that alone was a plus! I was greeted and asked what I needed. When I showed the picture they immediately discussed the details of the delivery not just did what they wanted to do. My nail tech was TIM. I showed him the picture once. The fact that I have short nails because of my occupation didn’t push him to deter me from my design. He went to work and when I say he delivered he did just that!! This is the first time I’ve left the nail salon with exactly what I asked for !! I live in SC and was visiting Charlotte. Extremely satisfied customer. Money well spent !!
