Everything was spectacular especially the customer service. As someone who doesn’t feel particularly comfortable on boats, the captain made me feel safe. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. You could tell he passionate about what he does. The boat was in pristine condition, and everything went smoothly from the time we parked to the time we arrived back at the dock. I highly recommend this company. They made watching Navy Pier’s last firework show from the lake a memorable experience.

I had the BEST time on this boat ride truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The boat itself was smooth, clean, and super comfortable, with plenty of space to relax, and take pictures. The highlight of the night was seeing the fireworks at Navy Pier from the water, definitely way better than seeing them on land.
We had a really great time booking with owner Jeremy. He hooked us up with several caption options. Captain Trevonte was awesome! He was very receptive and accommodating with our group. It was super easy to work with everyone when we were running behind and when we needed to get our things on and off the boat. Definitely recommend and will book again!
