Cheap and fun they also have Sunday before one specials & at the bar go to the black guy with blue dreads! He makes the best drinks!! Do not go to the girl unless you’re getting bottle drinks. She needs a little more training.
I read the reviews on this establishment and decided to take my family here. Walked through the door to be greeted by an impatient, rude employee who displayed aggressive behavior towards not just me but my children who came from out of town to visit me. It was a lot of us so when it came to setting up the initials to bowl this man was extremely impolite and inpatient with the set up putting our initials anywhere on the screen and getting upset and aggressive because we wanted to have them the right way. Not to mention he threw YEA THREW our our shoes to us. And when I had addressed his behavior he started talking loud and aggressive to the point one of my sons had to intervene. It was a hostile environment made by him and he was not apologetic about his behavior. But me and my family tried to make the best of it. This place is nasty, dirty and I will NEVER refer this place to ANYONE! That man was too old to act so juvenile and rude it’s sad and I see why this place looks like it does, tacky just like the customer service it gives!!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!!
Been coming here since I was a kid. Probably my favorite bowling alley in Cincinnati. They have a great energy and a fantastic staff. They have a pretty good morning deal on weekends from 10 am to 1 pm for all you early birds. The only thing I wish they had was some early morning weekday deals, but other than that it is a fantastic place.
We had our holiday party here and I'd recommend it 100%. Our management was worried our staff wouldn't want to bowl. They did and it was the most positive feedback I've received about a holiday party. The staff was amazing and very flexible and helpful. Hannah was also an amazing bartender! We will definitely be back.
