Michael came over the same day we called to look at our dishwasher, which wasn’t draining. He assessed and fixed the issue quickly but thoroughly, and was very communicative about what was causing the issue and how we could avoid it happening again. The service was outstanding and the price was very fair and transparent. Highly recommend for your appliance repair needs.
We had an amazing experience. Our 17-year-old Maytag war horse-of-a-dryer had stopped rotating (on laundry day -- so wet clothes everywhere, ooof). Michael responded immediately, came within hours, diagnosed the problem in minutes, fixed it exactly as promised, and charged about $100 less than the other quotes we'd gotten (from companies that were going to come days later). He was brilliantly communicative and transparent the whole time, so we really felt good about his work. A+, highly recommended.

After a power surge and outage in our area the motherboard of our 19 year old fridge was fried and our refrigerator wasn't working the day before my birthday party. We had purchased all the food and it was in the fridge. We noticed the issue after 7PM on Friday and couldn't find anyone to fix it. MICHAEL CAME TO THE RESCUE and worked on the motherboard that evening and when that didn't work he called his supplier first thing in the morning and came with his colleague to repair the fridge. Everyone else said they wouldn't have been able to come until Monday which would have been hundreds of dollars worth of food ruined. MICHAEL SAVED THE DAY!!! =) Thanks to Magic Master Appliance Repair our fridge feels brand new, he even helped with the coils AND his colleague brought us a new light for the fridge. He was so incredibly kind like family coming in to assist. Just couldn't ask for a better experience, super communicative letting us know every step in the process and the possible expectations and outcome. REALLY appreciate everything.
