Magic Plumbing sent out a superb specialist on short notice. He went beyond the call of duty in searching for and installing a hard-to-find part. They did NOT require an all-day window for me to be at home waiting, as did the service I'd used in the past. I was always able to reach a real human being on the phone, not a chat-bot. Anthony Jackson! arrived on time. He demonstrated efficiency, proactivity, and skill by arriving promptly, starting work immediately, and successfully fixing the blocked toilet all on his own. It is a great example of a professional handling a service call effectively.. He tightened few loose fixtures in the garbage disposal. He offered useful advice for our boiler heater. We were very happy! We will call him again if we hang plumbing problems.
