First time buying a Rolex watch as a gift. I was extremely satisfied to have 2 great guys help me with the whole process - Guillaume and Andy. Both of them were very amenable and were knowledgeable in their craft. They both patiently answered all my questioned and explained everything I needed to know. I was extremely lucky to be able to find the exact watch that I was looking for. Guillaume sent me all the information I asked for and set it on hold for me. He and the one who processed the sale when I came to make the purchase. Andy adjusted the bracelet and explained the clip. He even offered to let me try on his Rolex - first time wearing one! Everything was very friendly and professional. I felt warmly welcomed by them and was very well served! 10 out of 10 for the whole experience! Would recommend! Oh - and the watch was nice, too!
I'm beyond impressed with the service I received from Marie-Josee and her team, we spoke on the phone followed by a few emails, then made the trip from Montreal to Quebec city to pick up a piece I have only been dreaming to get. I will be making another trip come X-mas for more new pieces. Thanks again
