Had an amazing wedding at Majestic Metro back in November 2025. Very unique venue and our guests are still giving compliments. Versatile space where we were able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dance floor and casino! Very nice staff that made our planning process a lot easier. Would recommend to anyone!
Didn’t like nor recommend this place at all, it’s super old, very creepy and and should have been replaced or renovated a decade ago, from the chairs through the bathrooms, carpet, stairs, entrance door, etc etc, I’m very surprised with the overall rating of this place and how come nobody reported the true reality of this venue. Our corporate event was abruptly finished 30 minutes earlier with the intervention of a police officer, at only 10:30 pm - seriously? It doesn’t even deserve one star
Absolutely beautiful theater on a corner that's reminiscent of New York City, right? In the heart of Houston. We did not see the elevator to go up to the balcony and the stairs are a little steep. So be careful as you go up and down. But the hall itself was so intimate and stunning. We attended candlelight concert with the divisi string quartet which was outstanding. Very intimate. You cannot see anything from the balcony, but our seat was complimentary from one of the performers so no complaints. Acoustics were excellent.
Attended Fever's Metallica by Candlelight concert. It was an absolute treat! The string quartet brought Metallica alive for me in a way that I hadn't experienced since the first time I'd heard their S&M LP. The venue was historically beautiful with amazing acoustics. There were no "bad" seats. The staff was pleasant, efficient, and extremely accommodating. I can't wait to attend another one of Fever's events!
The music and venue were both beautiful. It was SO HOT in the venue, I was sweating the entire time. The chairs were also very uncomfortable. The quartet did a great job! I would recommend the music and ambiance any time, but they gotta get that AC fixed!
