We had so much fun for my sisters 60th birthday- so may laughs and safety is their no.1 concern. Estelle was absolutely incredible and I wish we give them more stars - she was right into the party and really made it memorable. Thanks Estelle- we love it!!
I wish I could give them more starts. My daughter and I had so much fun at this place. A relaxing, fun & safe environment to learn how to throw an Axe , practice & even compete if you want. I would say the fun we had was all because of how friendly, professional, patient, warm & super enthusiastic Fae & Jayden (manager) were the whole time. Any moment they had free, they would be around the people making sure they were having fun, helped them if needed to & gave them little tips to do better. You rarely see staff to be this much interested in what they do. I loved the smell of freshly sprayed wood there. Make sure you buy the 1 hour session if you are also a learner. Parents with kids, their 1 hour family package is super cheap & budget friendly. They also facilitate birthday parties and have bigger lanes for groups of 7 and more. Plenty of street parking at the front or the streets around & easy access. If you live in Sydney, MANIAX Axe Throwing - SYDNEY INNER WEST in Marrickville is apparently so much bigger. I have never been to this one but I was highly encouraged by Jayden & it is now in my bucket list. If you are a local resident or traveling to/through New Castle make sure you add this place to your list. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to go back.
More food is needed. Ordered the Silver package with 10 people attending. $200 worth of food equates to 20-30 nuggets and 14 party pies. Much fun throwing axes, so we recommend just pay for axe throwing and dodge the packages as they are simply not worth it.
Josie made our group of gals the most viscious vivacious Vikings by the end. We had the best time getting deep into the wood and felt amazing at the end. 100/10 !!!
Had such an awesome time at Maniax! The hosts were both fantastic; nice, funny, and informative. They made axe throwing really approachable and fun. They were super supportive. The space is great! It's a really comfortable place to hang out and has a great atmosphere, and though I didn't grab anything to eat or drink, it was nice to have the option avaliable. Our group had a great time and now I'm really keen to visit and have a practice by myself. Thanks for the awesome experience! ☺️
