I had a consultation appointment scheduled for 11:30am at the San Antonio location. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in without issue. The waiting room felt like the first 48 and there was minimal seating, forcing me to stand. There were also lizards present in the space . More concerning was the lack of privacy. Due to their paper thin walls, we could clearly hear other clients’ private information being discussed in adjacent rooms, which is a serious concern. My family and I were then brought into that room directly next to the waiting area to provide information to the assistant for the attorney. Given the lack of sound privacy I had already discovered, I felt very uncomfortable sharing my sensitive information but did so QUIETLY in order to move the process along. After the assistant left to pass our information along to the attorney, we continued to hear conversations from neighboring rooms through the walls. We then waited an additional 30 minutes for the attorney, after being told they were in another consultation. At that point, we chose to leave. When I schedule an appointment, I expect to be seen at the agreed upon time, or within a reasonable grace period, 10 minutes at best. I am not willing to pay thousands of dollars to a firm that does not respect my time or client confidentiality. If a consultation cannot be handled promptly and professionally, it raises concerns about how my case and paperwork would be managed. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet basic professional standards.

Esmeralda and Rafael provided a great, respectful consultation and shared a lot of valuable information. Esmeralda was professional and thorough as a paralegal, and Rafael’s 20 years of experience in family law really showed. I felt informed and well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Then I spoke with Rafael he was very understanding and made sure I completely understood all options and the process that I would be going through. I am fully comfortable leaving feeling everything will be ok.

Please stay in top of making payments arrangements. They will work with you no matter how your situation may look like. And even though is hard to explain myself I appreciate you guys for the time given and mostly the care. Griselda worked really good in my case and was never judgmental but rather find the best solution out there. I appreciate everyone from the door open to the laws everything is here. Number 1 when comes to immigration. They will find the best option for you and again work with you even if you may not have all the funds this the place to do it all. I love you guys 🇭🇳 in our hearts❤️
