Martial Arts Advantage ist ein erstklassiges Kampfsportstudio in Tampa, FL, das sich der Schaffung einer unterstützenden Gemeinschaft für Menschen jeden Alters widmet. Unter der Leitung von Meister Kuntz und Frau Becky bietet diese Einrichtung eine breite Palette von Kursen, von Jiu-Jitsu bis Selbstverteidigung, sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene. Die erfahrenen Dozenten fördern eine Atmosphäre von Respekt und Ermutigung und sorgen dafür, dass jeder Schüler stärker und selbstbewusster wird. Mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Training realer Alltagssituationen hebt Martial Arts Advantage sich als Ort hervor, an dem jeder in seiner Reise in die Kampfkünste gedeihen und wachsen kann.

Happened to be in town for a jiu jitsu seminar across town. While at the seminar, I go private lessons. Matheus, during our private lessons, mentioned his gym across town and said I should stop by. Full disclosure, I’m only a few years into my BJJ journey so dropping into gyms is something I’ve only yet done a handful of times. That being said, incredible experience! Great class with detailed instruction, finished with open rolls. As expected, I got my butt kicked, but also held my own against only a few people. The level of talent, care, professionalism, and common courtesy oozing from this establishment left me wishing I didn’t have to leave. I can’t wait to come back, hope to keep a long relationship with Matheus and his team, and HIGHLY suggest you swing by if you’re anywhere within 100miles. Ossss

Martial Arts Advantage is a community for all ages and walks of life! I participate in the adult class led by Master Kuntz, and my daughter has achieved her blackbelt at the age of 9. I really enjoy the exposure to real-life scenario training that incorporates multiple styles of martial arts and self defense. I leave every session stronger, more confident and a lot more inspired. Each instructor brings a wealth of experience, and they teach with a down-to-earth approach that is empowering, not intimidating. The owners, Master Kuntz and Ms. Becky, lead by example - passionate, professional, and genuinely invested in the journey of the instructors and students. You can tell this isn’t just a business; it’s a community built on respect, encouragement, and shared growth.
A homeschooling mama recommended this place for jui jitsu and I’m so glad she did! They have an INCREDIBLE community there. I saw a flyer for 3 free trial classes and my 2 boys (ages 5 and 7) are absolutely hooked. Even the other students took time out of the skill work to slow down and show my boys the appropriate holds or maneuvers to make them more effective. It’s like every single one of the students is also an instructor, which is awesome to see. It looked like such a great skill to practice and have that I even attended one of the adult classes this week. I had the BEST time. It’s was so challenging despite being pretty athletic myself. Awesome instruction and everyone was so friendly and welcoming despite me having never done jui jitsu before. We will absolutely be joining the community as members!
Our Girl Scout troop took a self defense class at Martial Arts Advantage. Master Kuntz was an incredible teacher focusing not only on techniques but also how to project confidence and identify dangerous situations. His knowledge and passion are unparalleled. Our Girl Scouts range in ages from 8-15 and the class was tailored to be both informative and fun for all. Our girls really enjoyed the class and so did the moms. I would highly recommend every girl take a class like this!!
