Beware of this place. They're scammers. I took my mixing console in to get repaired, they asked me for a deposit of $50. Before we took the unit in we tested all the channels, channel 1 was bad and Channel 5/6 the knob had noise but the channel still works. They reached out to us a month later. And told us that all the channels were bad. I told them on the phone that's we tested the channels and only Channel 1 and Channel 5/6 are bad. all the rest of the channels worked. A guy on the phone tells me well it's going to cost $250 to fix. I told them never mind. We went back to pick up the unit and tested it again and now all the channels are not working. Don't waste your time or money.
Please beware!!!! This place is a scam!!! My son took a speaker receiver to get fixed over a month ago he paid cash upfront $50. We never heard back my son went in to ask and they had the nerve to say bc we ONLY paid $50 they would look at it whenever they had time seriously or felt like it!!!! BUT she had the nerve to say if we paid a EXTRA $15 we would possibly get it looked at in a week. What a joke. On top of it, it was shoved in back the box never even opened. I see why they only ask for cash to not have to give a refund. And we definitely didn’t get our money back. This place is a joke. If you want to be out of $50 and your electronics to be babysat this is the place for you. Sad they scammed a child and a senior. Save your money and time and avoid this place all together!
Martroy electronics did a clean job setting up my TV. After that, I installed TV4ONE and now I enjoy all my sports and movies in 4K.
I am so glad that I looked at the reviews of this place.Because I had called them about my Gemini speaker not working properly and the young lady told me that it will be $50 upfront. Now my speaker lights still come on and in the display panel it says “hi,” but it wont let me switch the mode to Bluetooth.The problem is my sister had spilled juice into the speaker.
Since the early 1980s these guys have fixed my electronics. Most recently, my beloved Braun coffee maker with a bad heating element. They are saving the Earth with each repair they do. Thanks to Martroy for being capable and green!
