Nelson is beyond fantastic, I can not say enough good things! The original contractor I had over to look at my siding, gutter, and roof gave me the most insane estimate. When I contacted Nelson he made sure to come by quickly, and then walked me through everything going on and what all of the options were. The pricing was beyond fair, he did fantastic work, and he was honest and responsive. I can not say enough good things about him and his business, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to help with the exterior of their home. A few years from now when it is time to replace the roof on my home, Nelson will be my first call.
Nelson is a very kind and dedicated professional. He did an incredible job, showing great attention to detail and efficiency not only in the final product but also in the overall service. My son’s closet ceiling fell in - ugh, what a mess! Nelson to the rescue. After an estimate from the “other guy” who stood in the backyard and sent his drone up, Nelson came over, within a few hours of when I called him, and got up on the roof himself (right after a rain storm!). He showed us pictures of the roof and what he thought was causing the problem: the damage wasn't obvious. So nice to have that small business touch - to talk to the owner, the one who would be doing the work. Best new yet, his estimate was half Mr. Other Guy’s! Needless to say, we booked him. Nelson did a great job, always in touch with kind communication. After he finished, he didn’t bill us right away; instead he waited until a heavy rain and then had me check to make sure the leak in the closet was truly fixed. Nelson’s a sweetheart and a pro. To top it off - he fixed some broken tiles on the front of my house (see pic). I didn’t even ask! That’s service.
We hired Nelson to replace our old, leaking tar and gravel roof with a new membrane roof. I would highly recommend him to anyone having issues with their roof. Nelson was fantastic to work with - he was prompt in his responses and gave us updates about the project as he worked. He did an amazing job for us and clearly takes an incredible amount of pride in the excellent work he does (deservedly so).
