I recently purchased a property through Matthew's Estate Agents, and Deborah has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she kept me updated at every stage, explained everything clearly, and consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. I had also been selling a property in the lead-up to this purchase, and that sale became unexpectedly tricky and stressful. Deborah did more work to support me and keep that sale on track than my own estate agent did. Without her care, time, and dedication, I have no doubt the sale would have fallen through. We bought a house advertised by Matthews Estate agents recently. Deb showed us around the house, and was very knowledgeable about the area. She was very friendly and down to earth. We also dealt with David in the office who was very helpful. When our purchase was going through Deb was very quick on responding and went over and above to keep the sale on track. We would definitely recommend Matthews to anyone wanting to sell their house!
