After receiving exemplary services at other Maui divers stores and receiving my 10% off I decided to stop off at the one in Waikiki to purchase an additional piece before heading to the airport. Rachel would not give me my 10% off because I ran out of the car with only my credit card and would not look up my other purchases that I made during the week and gave excuses. I did end up buying the item did not like the service.
Wonderful experience here! My partner bought these for me and we also opened an oyster for a Pearl. My Pearl had 2 so I was able to make another set of earrings. I love that everything in this store is created locally.
We absolutely loved our visit to Maui Divers! Mercedes K. was super nice and helpful, once she knew it was our anniversary she immediately wanted to help me pick a pearl and make our visit special! Would definitely recommend for unforgettable and memorable experience.
I went to Maui divers 21 years ago and i still have my beautiful tahition pearl. I went to the new upscale store to open an oyster. Got two purple hued pearls. I made into earrings.
I had got a recomendation of MDJ from a friend that had been before. I started looking online months before our trip but really wanted to see the pieces in store. We came to Waikiki for our 15 year anniversary. I wanted to get my wife something special from Hawaii not a Kay Jewelry run of the mill piece. Needless to say she picked the pne I had been eyeyong from the begininning. Toni our sales rep was wonderful. She showed us several rings, was patient with us and helped us throughout the transaction. We bought it and it needed to be sized down one. We were leaving the next day so it put a rush on things. She went out of her way to make sure it got to the factory to get sized and made sure it got back in time. We cannot thank her enough. I did a 15 year re-proposal at the beach under the Hawaiian sunset......It was absoultely perfect and it made this couple have an unforgettable trip to Hawaii!
