I came in and expressed how I’d never been to Mcallisters and a beautiful soul named Gloria pulled out a menu and showed me all that was available which I loved! She told me her favorites and ghe customer favorites! She was so sweet and pleasant! I fell in love with the food AND HER! lol! She had the best customer service so I plan to go back VERY often! Thanks Ms. Gloria!
I’m pregnant and had just gotten off a long shift at work. I stopped by around 8 PM to grab food before they closed. There was a young Latina woman working the counter, and she had an attitude from the start—being rude and giving me dirty looks. I haven’t been to McAlister’s in a long time, so it took me a minute to decide what to order for me and my husband. After I went to the restroom and sat down, she brought out my food. I reached out my hand to take the bag, but instead of handing it to me—even though we were only about a foot apart—she just set it on the table and walked away. It was extremely rude. I’d give her zero stars, but this review is not about the store itself—just her behavior
First time ordering from this site and from McAlister. Loved the whole experience there with the carry-out. Food portions were large, very well packaged to-go, and Gloria was very courteous, funny, and easy to talk to. You can tell by her demeanor she takes her job seriously. Son loved the Cuban! I loved the Memphian! Thanks Gloria and to the folks in the kitchen that helped made the food! Will be back soon!
I absolutely love Gloria here! I go out of my way to come to this location just because of her. They always make my order correct also. 10/10.
Gloria is so awesome, she always takes great care of me. I have a special diet, and it's wonderful to have places where I know I can get safe food. The Ruben without bread is delicious.
