Terrible communication. They don’t call you with updates. Brought my car in December to get a splash shield ordered and installed. Instead they installed something else and did not repair what I asked. I brought my car back January 4 and requested for the correct part. Put down a deposit. Over two weeks later they finally let me bring my car in, then they call me and say the price went up over $300. A complete waste of my time and money. I will never be going back here. Trina is who took care of me, or lack thereof. She ignored my expressions of concern, and was not solution oriented throughout the process.
Joe was great! Super helpful with the evaluation and gave me a quick turn around for my scratched up Mazda. Said it would take 2 weeks, took 6 days! Great work. Partnership with Enterprise on High St. was a nice added convenience.
McCombe Body Shop was highly recommended by my insurance company, and I can see why. Repairs were done quickly and the work was excellent! I was extremely happy with the amount of communication from my mechanic, Joe. I have already recommended McCombe to several people. I can't say enough good things about my experience here!
Excellent customer service, excellent work. It was done quickly. I actually had 2 cars repaired here. I typically use a different repair shop but Joe took such good care of us on the first car, a 2022 Honda Passport, that I had them repair my 2021 Tundra too.
Car was involved in a hit and run and my insurance company referred me here. McCombe got me scheduled and enterprise picked me up at their location. Trina was so sweet and fast. Got me right in. Thanks for taking care of me
