I have had a great experience with Zack and Britton scheduling the roof repair of my home. 10/25/25 I’m updating my review. I advise you, the homeowner, to keep track of the cost (quote) and payments (insurance) given to McCoy. They are horrible on keeping track of payments and what is balanced vs quoted , horrible in collecting methods (your guy that calls to collect final payment calls (is this a spam number with no ID?) and admitting he doesn’t even leave a voicemail. Months go by wandering when they are going to have me square up. My first time trying to pay they said I owed $8000 from office lady dropping a check off. 2nd time like $3500, 3rd time $2200 which was finally correct after I had to prove it. The office needs an overhaul in payments and keeping up with insurance and what’s truly owed. Guessing isn’t a fair practice. I added my photo of proof to this review. I am saying the roofers did a great job, but the office is failing the company. Previous review: The crew got my roof torn off and replaced all in a single day. The roof looks great! If you want a GAF certified job done, give them a call. Another crew came out and did our gutters. Fantastic job. I recommend McCoy roofing and will definitely use again.
Dillon and Adam were both amazing to work with. Adam came immediately and tarped our roof. Dillon gave a no nonsense approach, talking through the estimate and giving advice on our insurance estimate. He didn’t feel the gutters needed replacing, but felt turbines were important to preserving our new roof. He even kept our holiday lighting hooks for reuse! The installation by Victor was flawless—shingles delivered one day and roof put on the next. Thanks everyone!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If 10 stars were an option they would have received it! Travis did an amazing job! This insurance roof replacement was an absolute nightmare and Travis wasn’t scared. Our insurance fought him and I every step of the way but he did not waiver. Yet every time I spoke to him he was positive, and always brought a solution to the table to help progress things along. His experience in the roofing industry came through big time as he was able to provide my insurance with undisputed evidence and documentation. Travis took on this battle and didn’t give up like most contractors do when customers start having issues not controlled by the contractor. When the roof finally came together I was so impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the job. I have been in construction for nearly 20 years and when I walked around the home after they were complete (10 hours) I could not find a single nail or piece of trash anywhere on my property! Quality and integrity are the only words that sum this up! Travis and the entire McCoy Roofing team was hands down the absolute best contractor I have had the pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for one place to go for any roofing needs, you will NOT find a better company to work with! To add on even more, when I dropped off final payment, every single person I bumped into at there office was so nice and friendly that I couldn’t help but notice that is what sets this company apart. It’s not just one person I got lucky with, it’s the entire company of people that care about each and every customer. Thank you McCoy Roofing & Travis for seeing this project through to the end and always having your customers back.
