This McDonald’s is the closest to my house but I would rather drive to the McKee location . Service is slow , food sometimes is cold , they seem To have a problem getting orders right . The dining room is always dirty and Upolstery on seating is all worn out. Soda machine is always out of order . This place gets a grade of a D In my opinion .
Was just in there yesterday getting food and got my monopoly stickers. Today I went back for the exact same order, when I got my order, I didn't get over half of the stickers. I called and some lady that barely speaks English says no, they don't go on the stuff I bought, then I told her, I bought the same thing yesterday and got it. She then tells me that they are sold out. Always lying. I would never trust this McDonald's, I don't recommend anyone else doing to this McDonald's. If they are blatantly lying about a little free stickers, what else could they be lying about your food? Your bill? Your order? I would never trust them. Horrible customer service.
I was able to order in the app and was charged. The guy in the picture didn’t even tried talking to me despite having a receipt. Basically stole money from me.
Yall don’t pick up your phones. Why do you even have one if you ain’t gonna pick up. Yall make me wait but can’t even make the food that I order right. I’m too busy to drive back to get my food made right. I paid for extra meat on my burger and it’s not there. What the heck ?????????????? There more onions than meat. Don’t give me a link to the website that’s going to do nothing. Just a waste of time
The dude in front of me ordered two Egg & Cheese MacMuffins and make um Shaq...he said. Well...I just had to see what that was all about, so I ordered the exact same thing. Man-O-Man were they big! They doubled down on everything! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆
