It's not good. Used to be cheap, but no longer. Orange juice is $4.00 and tastes like water. They just cut the size of their ice cream Sundays in half, and if you get two egg Mc Muffins and the colored water they call OJ, it will cost you $17.00.
So, I get home with my order and found a bug in my orange juice. Thank goodness that I didn’t get a Coke or coffee. I wouldn’t even know that I was consuming insects.
Today I went to buy breakfast between 8:15 and 8:30 am and the lady who attended us in the drive thru was super rude, she didn't even let us talk and constantly questioned our order and got upset because we ordered the same thing twice, I understand perfectly that working in customer service is not easy but if they don't have the patience to deal with people they shouldn't work in these places! We were never rude to her but it's ugly to get your breakfast and I'll find a person with such a bad vibe and terrible attitude personally I don't want to go back for the simple fact of being attended by this person again!
I just needed a quick stop for coffee and bathroom, while running errands in area. The bathroom was super clean, staff courteous, appeared to be filling orders quickly. However, the coffee was not drinkable, at 10:25 am. Sadly, I was not able to get past the first sip. Some McD actually have good coffee, very occasionally excellent coffee. But other food looks like people enjoyed it.
Second visit. This time they were closed. They don’t keep their posted opening hours. I was were here a little after 7 am in the morning and they had not opened like the supposed to do according to their posted opening hours. I knocked on their door and some non English speaking person opened the door and just pointed to the sign with their opening hours (which stated that they would be open) and would not let me in. I am removing all their stars due to this. They lost me as a customer at this McDonald’s. It is a disgrace that they don’t keep their posted opening hours. First visit. Friendly staff. Nice and clean restaurant. Bathrooms are locked and not available. Ordering was easy on one of their 4 self serve kiosks of which 1 was out of order. Wanted a large cup of coffee but this was not available. I suspect they ran out of large cups. Food was prepared fairly quickly and tasted ok. Food could have been a little warmer. The staff apparently do not have a break room as a part of the restaurant is sealed off with “staff only” but the staff do not use it as they sit elsewhere in the restaurant and sit, eat and talk. In this restaurant it’s clearly a good thing if you can speak and understand Spanish.
