There was no soap in either restroom. I opened the soap dispenser and it wasn’t empty, it was missing entirely the soap cartridge . I saw several employees go in and out. How are they washing their hands? How long has it been empty?
I frequent this location and they are always busy yet as accurate as possible. Worst case scenario was dry chicken nuggets a few times but overall they work fast and are accurate and I sometimes empathize because the customers are extremely demanding and rude to the staff. They do their best as far as I'm concerned and are nice to me
Waste of time and money this dude let our food get cold and wasted 30 minutes of our time.
It's not open 24 hours if I walk up at 6:30 and I can't get food for my kid. Not everybody has a car and if your lobby closes you should list those hours online. We had an appointment at 5, and an hour bus ride home. I brought snacks but I planned to get food here on our way home, and now my kid is not going to be able to eat until after 7:30 because I still have to make something when I get home. None of the fast food restaurants in this area have a lobby open after 5:00 p.m. there was nowhere for me to get food even though every single one of them said they were open late or 24 hours. If your lobby is not open at the same time as your drive-thru please list both times online.
I ordered a simple $6 meal ahead of time and did curbside pickup, thinking it’d be quicker. Nope. Ended up sitting there for almost 20 minutes before anyone brought it out. Before that, I even went inside to ask about my order, and the girl working just looked at my phone screen and walked off without saying a word. Also, this place is kinda sketchy. While I was waiting, there was a whole scene going on in the men’s bathroom someone was acting crazy in there, and there was even a little kid stuck inside. People were too scared to go in, and it took forever for the cops to show up… and the police station is literally right next door. Just a wild and frustrating experience all around.
