The McMillan Brothers Painting Team just completed the exterior of our home. Charles and his team was meticulous in its prep work (which comprises at least 70% of a painting job. In fact, I equate prep work to building a foundation. If a strong foundation is not laid, then what comes after it (like a building, or in this case, the resilience of the paint job) will not stand the test of time. I am not at all hesitant in recommending McMillian Brothers to anyone needing painting done!
Our home outside needed painting after 15 yrs. I did a lot of research looking for the best painters based on reviews. After getting 3 proposals, we settled on McMillan Brothers Painting and Roofing. Their price was acceptable and the proposed plan exactly met our needs. I'm telling you we are soooo glad we chose McMillan Brothers Painting and Roofing. Their finished product is absolutely wonderful: great preparation, excellent painting, and great cleanup. The team of 8 (Rose, Christopher, Pablo, Diago, Nacho, Edwardo, Isreal, and Roberto) were very professional and worked very well with each other. It was easy to see they all knew what they were doing and enjoyed their job. They were also very responsive to any additional requests we had. We wanted to have the interior of our new home painted prior to moving and someone recommended the McMillan Brothers. From the very beginning, Charles was great to work with - he was communicative, prompt, and reassuring throughout the whole process. The team did an incredible job and you can tell they knew what they were doing! They took the time to prepare the walls prior to painting - patching holes, fixing past patch jobs and places where the paint had run in the past. They color matched a past can of paint that we had from the previous owners to ensure it would seamlessly match. We are very pleased with the outcome and were so thankful to have it painted before we moved in! Thank you to Charles and the team!
I purchased a small condo which was in good condition except for the roof. I've bought real estate before with roof issues, and I was confident I could find the right roofing company to help me repair/restore the roof. But then, after contacting 3 different roofing companies and getting a lot of smoke and mirrors, high estimates, and verbiage that didn't match the damage from the inspection report I started doubting whether I could find the right company to help me. Then I contacted Charles at McMillan Brothers. Charles is straight forward, no nonsense and what he said needed repairing matched what the inspection report said needed repairing. The estimate was reasonable too. Charles is accurate with start times, cost, completion time, AND the roof is beautiful. No smoke and mirrors. No hidden costs. Trustworthy. Accurate.
