Spoke to a lady on the phone named "Shelby" and was asking what beautiful flowers could I afford with $75 including delivery and was told that it is not McNamara's standard minimum amount to spend on flowers, implying I needed to spend $150 or more with the company if I wanted something "decent." These are flowers I intended to get for my late wife by the way and informed her of that. She sounded VERY condescending and extremely DISRESPECTFUL when I asked if I could only spend within my budget for flowers. I still have her funeral to pay for and not to mention I am a single father taking care of our three daughters now. I just wanted a small arrangement to put on her side of the bed. She also told me multiple times to "speak up" and "speak with better english." English is not my first and native language because I am from Honduras and translating everything through Google Translate. I could tell she was a hard racist after she asked me if there was anyone around that was white to speak for me over the phone. Is this McNamara's standard at how they treat and speak to customers who have recently lost a loved one? This company needs to do better at how they treat their customers! I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Please do not do business with this company because they will tell you you do not have enough money to spend with them. EVEN IF IT IS FOR YOUR DEAD WIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered flowers for my dad’s Celebration of Life, and they looked exactly as they were shown on the website. Beautiful!
Absolutely beautiful display was delivered on time. It was a short notice request, 24 hours, yet and still McNamara came through for myself and my family. Excellent Service!!
I ordered flowers for a co-worker who was grieving the loss of her dog. I wanted something bright and cheery that would bring a smile for longer than a vase of cut flowers so I ordered the Designer's Choice Large European Garden basket. It was a big hit and did exactly what I wanted it to.
I’m absolutely impressed with how amazing Erin and the team at McNamara did for my teacher appreciation gift! I walked in and asked for specific flowers for my teacher’s gift and they made something so beautiful just from me walking in. Plus, it’s the week of Mother’s Day and they were super busy fulfilling orders for that and they made it happen on the spot for me. Trish also helped me find a small plant and made it look so beautiful for a gift for the other teacher. Thank you all for brightening my day and helping me beyond expectation! ❤️
