This firm is exceptional and has a seasoned aggressive attorney in Heath. It's the only call you need to make and excellent rates. I am dealing with a bad divorce in which my spouse blindsided me and filed a protective order to take off with my children without notice. Mr. McWhorter represented my wife and me in a recent real estate dispute. From the very first call, Heath was nothing but gracious, professional, and empathetic to our situation. I love Heath McWhorter and his legal team! Where do I even start to the reasons why? From the moment I requested an appointment with him, he never neglected to make the time for me. I seriously felt like he was working around the clock just for my case, but then when my family members needed his help, he proved that I wasn't the only client he worked so hard for. Heath was so helpful when it came to my case and financial situation, he was one of four lawyers I met with and the first one that made me feel confident and laid out his plan right away. His attitude is no b.s. and I truly appreciate all the hard work he did on my case, and his paralegals as well (Tracey and Melissa).
