I’ve completed both the in-person Senka meditation course in Leichhardt and the online version. Each one helps you relax, recentre, and find some calm in a busy life. I participated in four sessions of Senka’s meditation course and highly recommend it. I work in a very stressful occupation as a residential property manager. I also have a life-long generalised high anxiety disorder. I found that the meditation sessions brought an inner sense of calm and well-being that seemed to strengthen following each session. I highly recommend Senka’s meditation course to everyone because in the fast moving and stressful world of today, we can all do with inner calm and well-being.
I completed Senka’s 5 week meditation course. I came in with the intention of deepening my existing meditation practice but I feel like I’ve come out with more. The first couple of sessions allowed me to settle into the experience, so if anyone is feeling like they aren’t getting anything out of it initially I would stick to it, as in the following weeks I was coming into the sessions starting to feel more at peace and grounded. I was going through a shift in my life and Senka’s classes made me feel supported during that time. I was approaching everyday obstacles with more peace. Even though it’s a class of 8+ Senka still quietly focuses her energy on each individual person as she understands everyone is different and going through their own challenges. I was also surprised that I was having the deepest sleeps after each session.
I took Senka's meditation class in March 2024. I have felt out-of-sorts for quite some time. I didn't really acknowledge it until I had a chat with my good friend. I've known for some time and she always puts me at ease and offers some perspective. She is highly intuitive and knew I was going through some conflict. I was in a group of about 8 people. We laid down on mats and I found myself easily chilled-out. Senka led us in a journey, balancing our energies, and soaking in the energies of mother Gaia and our God source. We were protected in a ball of light, purifying negative energies, and restoring positive energy flows. The meditation equally focussed on healing the earth and the animals of which we are the custodians of. By healing ourselves we in turn can be a beacon of positivity for others. Senka has a wonderful soothing tone. At the end of the week the meditations have been a welcome retreat from all the noise and distractions. Her classes are very grounding and I felt a great sense of peace and calm from the first session. The effects grow over time. She encouraged to keep a diary as the effects can be subtle. After the five weeks I have found myself to be more centred, less distracted 'monkey mind'. My dreams have been wicked - very vivid. I've been clearing some fragments aspects of myself.- relationships and the 'shadow self'. I can't recommend Meditation by Senka too much. So I'd say try it out, what have you to loose?
