Came here on November 26th at 9:23 pm and the signs posted said closed at 10 pm. The employee locked the door at 9:23 and would not open it, even though it clearly said closed at 10. This is just super weird since I’ve always had a good experience here.

This place is THE WORST. Has the WORST EMPLOYEES and the WORST customer service. One of the employees was a very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL old lady. We came in and saw she had an attitude with her other coworker who was a nice gentleman. We grabbed 4 cups for the family and my brother filled his cup to the brim where it was almost spilling off the sides. As we were done with toppings and about to pay, my brother licks off his ice cream off the side so it doesn’t spill and make a mess and the lady goes, “ HEY, stop licking the sides , I saw you since you were filling it you’ve been licking it and that’s NOT okay.” My brother who is 15 replied nicely and told her he only licked the sides so it doesn’t make a mess and she said no you aren’t. I jumped in and told her she could be nicer about it and claimed she was even though everyone in there saw the way she yelled at this 15 year old boy. I told her to not talk to him and if she had anything to say she could take it up with me as he’s only a child. The gentleman working alongside her was very kind and stated that my brother can grab a lid and that should help. I told her she could be nicer about it the same way her coworker was and then she said I can go ahead and kick you guys out. I told her no need since we didn’t even want to purchase from you anyways. I forgot my phone inside and told my brother to grab it and she disgustingly tells him, “Came back to taste more flavors?.” A shame that they have a cranky old lady working at a place filled with so much youth and families. I can’t believe they would even think to hire someone like this. Will be calling corporate since all these other reviews on here and on google talk about the terrible customer service!

This place is fire but -1 star because it’s not always fire. But the vegan dark chocolate flavor and the chocolate shell are so good and this is a great establishment i hope it continues to flourish. 5 stars for great memories but in real life 4 for food. I love menchie’s because it’s been there for me through all the ups and downs of my college years. But if you really care about me, if you really want to be there for me you’d refill the chocolate shell

Amazing fro-yo, but this place is trying way too hard to make me feel better about eating their fro-yo. I've accepted that fro-yo isn't healthy. I don't need a marketing team to try and convince me otherwise. Real strawberries, no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no high fructose corn syrup, nonfat, lowfat, gluten free, live and active cultures! These were all the terms I saw on the different fro-yo options. The more they try to come off as not that bad, the worst it looks. Like I enjoy skittles, but if they started bragging about how they are vegan and cholesterol free on their packaging, it'd be a little off-putting. Anyway, I didn't make a healthy decision going here, but I did make a delicious one.

Lots of flavors to choose from and a couple of Vegan flavors too! Toppings galore as well as syrupy stuff. This place would be super dangerous if they offered bigger cups, then again you can come again for round two!
