Service was exceptional!! It was a last-minute clean, and they were able to accommodate same day service, which was amazing. Arabella did an awesome job and I would definitely go with them again in my new apartment.

Merry Maids is a great service. The management and team members are very kind and respectful. If you have any issues using the service they immediately try to fix the problem! They try their hardest to make sure its the same cleaner every time and communicate very well! Great services!
Hired movers to “deep clean” a vacant house we bought before moving in. They finished in only 2 hours despite being told they could take up to 3-4 hours. When we got in, there was still visible dirt and grime on cabinets, in the tub/sinks, and on counters. We called to voice our displeasure, and sent pictures, and even though the manager agreed the job was not done well, they told us they would send out cleaners again but charge us for their time. I requested a partial refund for their poor job and they said they would call me back but never did. I would not recommend this service. At least Missy, the person who scheduled me on the phone, was nice.
