My husband got my window tint done for my birthday and I had to take it back a week later for bubbles on both front windows and my side panel not being put on correctly. My tint was fixed, but now my front side panel has a rattle to it. We have been out of town so I haven’t had a chance to take it back to them. But with the amount we paid for this, I shouldn’t have to go back twice for something to be fixed!
I brought my 2024 Ford F-150 and my daughters 2019 Nisan Sentra here to get washed, waxed, interior and engine bay.. very fair pricing and I was extremely satisfied with the phenomenal job did on my car and truck! Friendly staff and environment!! I’m definitely returning..
I asked for an engine bay detail. At home, I can do an engine bay clean myself by simply washing down and applying degreaser. I pay 50$ for a “ Detailed “ engine bay and they said it’ll take 30mins. They offered me to sit in the office and wait and I politely said no. not even 30min. 10-15mins later As I stood there, who would’ve knew they would repeat the same process that I can do myself. Mind you, they’re using a hand size brush trying to get into the creeks of the engine. Soon after, I noticed marks and still dust, I pointed it out and they claimed they’ll use their “ Detail Spray” to make it shiny. Then spray more degreaser everywhere. Here are some photos before and after: . I asked for a refund and she proceeded to say, i have to take back my vehicle for them to remove the “ shiny detail” by putting more degreaser , by all means go ahead and clean the engine bay more by repeating the exact same process the first time. 0/10, I do not recommend this place. ( At least for under the hood )
Got the 2-Stage Paint Correction on my 06 Corvette. This group did a fantastic job. They are very professional, kept me informed of the process and progress, and even got the car done super early. The car looks great. I don’t think the paint has looked this good since the car came out of the factory. Good job. I will be returning in the future.
I have been using them since 2016 and will never use anybody again!! Shelley and Amanda provide service that is second to none!! They have ceramic coated 4 of my family's cars and SUV and have also applied tint. If you want the job done right, take it to Meticulous Detailing!!
