Jen is our property manager for the new home we just started renting. She has been absolutely incredible, and has worked extremely hard to make sure that we have been taken care of. She has a strong sense of morals and ethics, and has made our move in far less stressful, even when dealing with incompetency from the HOA, and community managers. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

We worked with Beatrice Miranda with Metro City to rent out our house, and she was absolutely fantastic. We previous had gone with a property manager who charged less, and the difference was night and day. Bea knows the market and knows her stuff, but most importantly: working with her was working together with another competent professional as a partner. I cannot recommend Bea and Metro City Realty enough.

Beatrice just sold a condo for me. The sale was quick, easy and for the asking price. Beatrice is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. At the same time, she is extremely personable and easy to work with. She was most helpful in getting the property ready to sell. . There are not enough stars to describe her performance. And yes, I would use her again. In fact, she sold us this condo about 12 years ago. Highest recommendation possible.

My husband and I spent close to 25 years in Orlando before our jobs brought us West. We rented out our Orlando Condo for awhile, but then decided to sell it. We contacted a few Orlando agents and Metro City (Beatrice Miranda) was BY FAR the most responsive and engaged. We were nervous about selling a place from 2,500 miles away but Beatrice did EVERYTHING. She met with our tenant, advised us on the improvements we should make, coordinated painters, photographers, everything. Once listed, our place sold in one month at a desirable price. She continued to be engaged and facilitated closing efforts. Thank you, Beatrice, for making what we thought was going to be a stressful situation so easy and painless!
