Fred came from Metro Plumbing and thoroughly assessed the water heater situation in my basement. Although the opportunity to fix the issue did not happened, he assured me that he closed the gas pipes and made sure the place is safe until someone comes to fix the issue. He also showed me where and what the issue was and gave advice on how to avoid the same problem.
I have really enjoyed my experiences with this company for both my personal home and my professional building. I have just worked with Fred today and he was incredible. Not only did he fix my issue, he did such a good job making everything look better, made sure to answer any questions, and he cleaned up after himself before he left which meant the world to me. Highly professional and genuine crew and company. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Two days before Christmas we lost our furnace. I made one call to Metro. Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! Polite, friendly yet professional, and cleaned up beautifully. Super good at what they do.
Ed and Metro Plumbing were FANTASTIC! We were able to get everything ordered/scheduled by email and Ed arrived right on schedule. We had 3 toilets replaced and the work was done quickly, professionally, cleanly, and without any issues. The price we were quoted is exactly what we paid and we got pictures of the work along with the final invoice at the time we paid. I would not hesitate to hire Metro and Ed again. Super nice, friendly, fast work to start our weekend! Thank you to Ed and Metro for the great work!!
Meghan was great! She arrived on time and replaced our faucet in no time at all. She cleaned up and made sure we were happy with her and Metro‘s service. She was very professional!
