Great environment to push your work out to the next level. Nice and helpful staff, equipments are clean and gritty for your hardcore use. Metal dumbbells and plates which is my favorite thing about this place. Will be getting a membership soon.
This gym is constantly being cleaned and taken care of. The machines are rarely broken And if so, not for very long. I love this atmosphere.
I have been going to Metroflex Plano this past year since I moved to the area and this is one of the best gyms I have been to. Hardcore bodybuilding atmosphere but also one of the cleanest gyms I’ve trained at. There are projectors playing old school Ronnie, Branch and jay cutler training at all times. The owner takes pride in equipment selection and making sure the members are taken care of. Highly recommend if you are in the DFW area!
I love this gym!! Joined about 3 weeks ago and I love it. I have been trying to find a hardcore gym like this for a while and it seems all the gyms are the same. I love the atmosphere, the equipment and the energy from Metroflex! If you are trying to really take your fitness to the next level I would highly encourage you come check it out!
Outstanding gym. These guys work really hard to keep this place nice and clean while still rocking the old school bodybuilding gym equipment. Miguel and Merrick demonstrated exceptional service and I appreciate all their help. This gym had the best squat leg press machine I’ve ever used. Definitely come here if you’re serious about working hard and giving your all in the gym, because this is the perfect environment for that!
