I went to this dermatologist office ! I pay my pocket two time there is no result. Doctor doesn’t know what I have it. I went to different dermatology in Hoboken. He’s just looked at me and He told me what I have it and he cure my problem so please do not go this place, I’m very unhappy. I do not recommend This place.
Started going to this office a month ago and I am so impressed. Dr. Monica is nice, kind and the most important part is she listens... I had a sheet of paper filled with questions and she answered every one of them. The staff is friendly. So happy I happened upon them after my ENT doctor couldn't figure out my allergic reactions which led to hives. I am now on my way to a great recovery. Deb Powell🤗
Monica Casariego was and is my dermatologist I will continue to see. She was thorough and actually took the time to see what the problem is and put me on a skin routine and regime. Will have updates in 3 weeks. Go to her if you need a legit dermatologist. She was very informative and knowledgeable. Also the staff was very nice and acknowledge you as soon as you walk in.
I don’t think the front desk staff is very good at answering or understanding questions. My private insurance was not accepted in this place, so I asked what they accept, the front desk answered “only private insurances, no Medicare, no state insurance xxx”, so I was curious whether my insurance one of the state insurances since I am pretty sure it is private. And she just repeated the same thing and said my one was not accepted. The whole time she was very inpatient and kept repeating the same sentence as an AI agent. I said I can pay out of pocket, but asked whether out of network carriers are sth I can file claims myself afterwards. She repeated again that I have to pay now and they don’t accept my insurance, which is not my question. For this level of correspondence, maybe it is better to interact with ChatGPT at this point.
Took my Teenage daughter for a couple of concerns and the amount of attention and comfort the staff gave her and made her feel was amazing! Almost like I wasn't even there lol Thank you again!
