Came here while visiting GC on a road trip, I had a wash, trim & blowdry. Sam was amazing, I have Alopecia areata and currently have a bald spot, she was super understanding and gentle with my hair. She took great care of me and made me feel super comfortable and confident. A haircut was long overdue and Sam truly resurrected my hair. Highly recommend. Thank you Sam! X
I came into Miami Soho looking for a change of style and Leonie didn't disappoint. As always she listened to what I wanted, looked at my reference photos and styled it as requested. Leonie has been doing my hair for years and knows exactly how to work with my hair. She gave some advice/training on how to work with a curly hair style. The products she used were high quality and specific for my hair type. I highly recommend Leonie and Miami Soho .
I moved to the Gold Coast about 18 months ago and have been struggling to find a good hair salon. After trying many places I almost gave up but then Miami SoHo was recommended to me by a friend and I’m absolutely blown away! From my first consultation with Sam to my full head foils and extensions with Keely, the care and attention to detail were next level. They truly worked their magic and gave me my DREAM hair! Sam, Keely and the team are so talented, genuinely care, and make you feel completely looked after. The results speak for themselves, I couldn’t be happier with my hair and the experience! Sam is incredible. Not only has she a gift to understanding what style would compliment me best but she also understands how to run a business. She’s built up a great clientele on trust and quality, she thinks ahead to make the customer experience the best experience. From thinking two steps ahead and making sure your parking is arranged and you are not charged to remembering how you take your tea. She has great systems and processes in place to make the customer experience the best experience and she actually cares about the people serves and shows care for the people who work for her. A great hair dresser - absolutely but she is an even better person.
I’ve been coming to see Sam for over 10 years, and I truly can’t imagine having my hair done by anyone else. Even after moving to Brisbane, I still come to Miami to see Sam. She is an incredible hairdresser — consistently talented, professional, and genuinely caring. Every visit feels like catching up with a good friend while getting top-notch service. She always listens to what I want (even when I feel like a colour change), offers great suggestions, and makes sure I leave feeling confident and refreshed. The salon is always welcoming and professional, offering a really comfortable atmosphere every visit.
