Kevin was great. He took care of our issues in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and kind. He really went out of his way to make sure we were in good shape before he left. We will definitely ask for him next time we have an issue.
I had a great experience with Michael & Sons. They came out to inspect my HVAC unit, and my technician, Fransico, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough in explaining what was going on with my system. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my options. I really appreciated his attention to detail and honesty. Highly recommend Michael & Sons, especially Fransico!
Juan was excellent. Professional and friendly. you can tell he loves what he does. He didn't just come in and inspect the gas furnace unit and ductwork in my apartment but took the time to explain the process and provide practical ongoing solutions that I would not known about otherwise. I will definitely use Michael & Son again and ask for Joan (Jahwan). 🙂
Joan was terrific! He took pictures, showed us gauges for the different equipment for our system. We have never had such a thorough inspection for a tune-up! He also took the time to check the manufacturer warranty to see if it was still valid. We are extremely happy with the service he provided, and hope he is the one sent each time.
J. Santana was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained pictures taken and how to continue to maintain my HVAC system. What stood out the most was his customer service skills. He was very pleasant and clearly wanted to make sure that I understood everything he did during his appointment. I am very pleased with this service.
