We've now taken our car to Mike and sons 4 times, twice for repairs, twice for maintenance. This is the only place we'll be taking our car from now on. Based on our experiences so far, the folks at this shop are honest and do good work at a reasonable price. My fiance met the owner today and he seemed like a genuinely good guy who knows what he's talking about, not an absent overhead just looking to maximize profit. He actually worked with customers and seemed to have good rapport with the employees. Really impressed with this place so far.
I had purchase my truck a few months ago. It was running pretty good up till I had a problem started to overheat soon when I seen the problem I was having, I stopped driving my car looked around for a shop. And found Mike and sons on Google When I seen the reviews, I definitely wanted to give them a try.Because there's not a lot of good shops to make a long story short Mike. Kept me informed every step of the way not only that, he letting me know what my car needed. Thank you guys for your hard work. Honesty and fare prices. This is now my new shop. I will be back to continue to get the small things done. Thank you so much again. Appreciate it. My truck is running very smooth and good.
I just had my oil changed and a full inspection done on my GMC 2500, and I have to say, Manny and Chris were awesome to work with. They took great care of both me and my truck — super professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. They gave me a clear quote and time estimate, stuck to the price, and even had my truck ready earlier than expected. It’s not easy finding a shop you can really trust, but these guys delivered. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for quality auto repair or service.
Excellent service! I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone with an older car who’s struggling to find a mechanic. I drive a 1995 nissan z and was having a really hard time with mechanics not wanting anything to do with my car, but mike and sons provided incredible service and were more than happy to help me sort out some issues. Will definitely be taking my car here from now on and recommending this place to all my friends!
Great service! We brought our car in for a brake inspection. They didn't find anything wrong and were kind enough to not charge us for the inspection, just asked for our future business (I think in part because they had to keep it over night to complete the test drive due to traffic conditions). I'm impressed with the honesty and kindness of their staff. Im also impressed with their thoroughness - I feel confident that they checked everything they could to confirm that the vehicle was in good working order. Manny was also excellent at communicating consistently and clearly as well as explaining what was being done, why, and what to expect from any warranty processes if applicable. We have been disappointed by our recent experiences at other shops and were looking for a new one that felt trustworthy and that does quality work at a reasonable price - I think we've found it in Mike and Sons!
