Technician was very friendly. Icemaker was replaced and another was replaced only because I told him we needed to be replaced because he already had the part. When I got home from work, the icemaker still was not working. I immediately called him to let them know, but still nothing has been done.

Horrible service! They took no accountability for denting my dishwasher, melting the sprayer, and still not fixing my brand new dishwasher. They came out 4 times total and still didn’t fix the issues- each time they came out there was a new problem, the dishwasher was brand new! The technician did not respect our time either. When they said they would be out to fix it between specific hours- the first time they didn’t even call- when I called they said it wouldn’t be until after 5. And that happened again today. So we will repair all the broken things that the “repair man” was supposed to do 3 months ago ourselves! Very incompetent business with zero respect for customers!

Mike's Appliance Service were quick to respond to my request for a service call on a washer we had just bought 2 weeks prior. The washer would fill with water but not do anything else. Repair person was here the next day. Found the problem to be a faulty safety switch in the lid. He ordered the part and returned 2 days later and made the repair. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. I will call them when I need any other appliance repaired.

Excellent service. He went above and beyond to get my refrigerator repaired as soon as possible since I was without a refrigerator. I had a previous technician come out and tell me that my refrigerator was trash to throw it away. I had not had it for very long and I paid $4000 for it. I’m very thankful that I didn’t listen to the first technician because Mike really knew what he was doing and he knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend his service. He was very personable as well as very professional.

This Mike appliance company was very professional. They arrived on time. And was neat, clean up after installation and set up. I was so impressed with how quickly they worked. Very focused, knowledgeable and great customer service. I would definitely recommend their services. I received service on my oven and microwave and both time they were nothing but professional.
