I had been having issues with my system for a while, and quite frankly, I was dreading the process of finding a company I could trust to come out and fix it properly without charging me an arm and a leg. From the very moment I called Mike and Sapio's, I knew I was in good hands. The scheduling process was incredibly smooth, the staff was friendly, and they actually worked around my schedule. When the team arrived, they were professional, polite, and extremely thorough in their diagnosis. Highly Recommend. I had Andrew out to my house to check on my heater. It was working but had a weird issue over the last couple winters to where it wouldnt kick on every time. He was very quick, proficient and professional. He explained the issue in a way I (not mechanically minded at all) could understand. He had the issue fixed that trip. In the last 2 weeks since his visit our temps have been cold and we have not had one single issue! This has been amazing and I will definitely be calling them for any further issues.
