We had a small leak issue on our shutoff valves to our washer. Booking went smoothly and there was a weekday time available for us only a day later. The receptionist, whose name I didn't catch explained the process and pricing clearly and was very helpful, even calling back to clarify the issue one time so the plumber could be prepared! Darren Williams arrived on time, quickly diagnosed what was wrong, replaced the valves efficiently and stayed around just long enough to ensure they werent leaking, getting the entire job done in under an hour. Very happy with Milani's service.
Bilal came to my home to do a bit of a kitchen plumbing job on November 4th, 2025. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was very polite and respectful while here. He explained what he was doing and why, showing me the parts he was fixing or replacing. He was very pleasant to have around. He cleaned up the space after he was finished and made sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Bilal and Milani for any plumbing needs. Thank you!
We were very impressed with Milani as the dispatcher called to let us know the technician was running behind. They called a second time to say he was on his way and gave an estimated time of arrival. Kevin was our technician and he was very pleasant and easy going with a sense of humor. He was very efficient and when done he asked both my husband and myself if we had any questions. We had our home furnace checked over and cleaned before winter and are confident that Kevin did a thorough inspection and cleaning. The follow up call the next day was also appreciated.
