I was a client of Millard for almost five years, and unfortunately my experience ended very badly. After years of renting without major issues, I was suddenly informed that the property had been sold and that I needed to move out within a very short time. This came as a shock, especially after such a long tenancy. I was told that once I moved out, my deposit would be returned. However, after I left the property, Millard created multiple excuses to avoid returning my deposit, despite their earlier promises. Later, I found out that the property was rented out again, which makes the situation even more disappointing and unfair. Based on my experience, tenants should be very careful. You can be asked to leave the property at any time, and promises regarding your deposit may not be honored. If you ever need to move out, I strongly advise making sure you receive your deposit before leaving, as they may later find reasons not to return it. I would not trust this company again and do not recommend them to others.

I first contacted Milards Property to get advice on where to buy an investment flat in Edinburgh. From the outset Craig Lothian has been truly outstanding. His excellent, professional advice enabled us to get the right property. I could not have done better. After this he facilitated every aspect of getting the flat ready to let. He organised and acquired the correct Certificates, found good tenants quickly, achieving the right level of rent. Milards have been very easy to deal with. Craig Lothian in particular has been exceptionally diligent and conscientious; maintaining regular communication updates and advice throughout the process. The quality of service has been consistently brilliant.
