Dominion and I met during a very challenging part of my health journey. I was struggling with stress and spiking symptoms of my fibromyalgia and was very hesitant about starting a fitness program in the middle of that. He recommended that it was actually the best time to start as it would help me learn to handle those things well instead of letting them knock me down. Looking back at that now, he was 100% right. Dominion's approach is very compassionate while also not coddling your unhealthy habits. He was very attentive about my concerns and knew how to push me without causing further stress or injury. I really appreciate how he checks up on your mental state as well as your physical state. Half the battle is your mindset and Dominion puts in the work to make sure your sessions aren't a chore but strong building blocks toward a better lifestyle. The work is challenging for sure, but I always left each session feeling better both physically and emotionally. In particular, it really helped that Dominion ends the workouts with stretches that left me completely free of pain. Both my stress and fatigue problems reduced immensely while in the program. I also ended up with better sleep, better food habits, and a stronger sense of discipline as a result of Dominion's guidance. When we started, I explained that I always had a constant "baseline" level of pain that I had become used to. After the program, I am happy to share that I don't struggle with that constant pain anymore. Overall, Dominion's expertise and careful attention shaped a program that felt perfectly tailored and personalized to my needs. I started using Dominion’s mobility training at bedtime two days ago to help with my sleep and on the first night I went to bed at around 2:30am.. when my normal is around 5am to wake up at 7am. I noticed I slept earlier and I didn’t hear my alarm ring and overslept. I opened my eyes at almost 10am and I had missed a meeting 🤣 Now I have to hold him responsible. I’ll be on day 3 today and I’m loving it so far.

I’ve just completed my first 12 weeks with Dominion and have had a wonderful experience. I’ve never worked out consistently so this was very new for me. The program was made to fit my personal needs and abilities and challenged me in healthy ways. I’ve learned a lot about nutrition and have come a long way in the gym. Dominion is very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive - I’ve felt fully supported since day 1. A real plus is the mobility training and stretching. Even with hard workouts I’m never sore or feel injured - he is very conscious about safety and proper limits. I highly recommend training with Dominion to reach your fitness goals!
My experience with Dom was amazing! He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, as both a trainer and a friend. It really felt like he was seeing "me" rather than just another client, and that the foods and advice that were personalized to me genuinely felt customized to my needs/personality/lifestyle. The focus of this program for me was mobility and improving my mental health w/ nutrition and movement; and I can say I truly feel like it was worth it (both money and effort). I feel like I better understand that it truly is just about lifestyle changes, rather than dieting. At the beginning of the program I told Dom that my goal at the end of the program was to feel more comfortable in my body. 8 weeks later, I feel better in my skin than I have in 8 years ^^/ thank you!
