These nails were the worst nails I’ve had. The first three pictures are from this nail shop and the last two pictures are from another shop I went to that SAME day, because I could not keep looking at these horrendous nails. This was my third time coming back to this place and will not be a costumer anymore. Look at the difference in nails, the first nails look like buck teeth. I’m not sure which lady did my nails, but she rushed my nails and did not shape my nails to the shape of my natural nail. I 100% recommend to go somewhere else to get acrylic nails. One thing I will say is the young lady who did my toes (which was different from my nails) did a great job!

I’m very disappointed in my experience at this salon. I’ve been getting my nails done for well over a decade, and I’ve never had such a difficult experience. I had my nails done a little over 1 WEEK ago. The gel is already lifting and some of it has come off. If you look closely at my nails, the application is so uneven, you can tell how sloppily it was done (thumb photos). You can actually see my nail bed under the polish on all of my nails (can’t see in the photo). I had to have a 10 min conversation with my nail tech on how I wanted all of my nail lengths to be even. Never in my life have I had to have a lengthy discussion (or any discussion at all) about why I want my nail lengths to all be the same. The answer I was told was, “I can make each of your nails the same to the corresponding nail, but I can’t make them all even to each other.” So my index fingers will be the same, thumbs, ring, etc BUT the two hands can’t be the same?? My nail lengths had 2-3 cm differences on each other….i was shocked. I also could not get the nail shape I requested. I did not want almond, I wanted a pointy rounded shape that I showed her a photo of several times but was ignored and said she couldn’t do that either. I also requested a French orange tip, but realized that she couldn’t do that either. I was so frustrated that I just took what she could do. Paid $60!!!!!! And left. I went home and evened my nail lengths out, filed them to a more reasonable shape but still not what I wanted, and after a week, they are already chipping. I am so disappointed. This was my one moment of self-care during a very busy work season and it was even more added stress. I will not be coming back here again. And the polish is already dull. I take very good care of my nails and they usually last me more than a month.

Mia and her team are all artists! The attention to detail and skill is unmatched. I drive 40 minutes to come to this salon because no one else compares. They also have all the best and most current techniques and trends. Chrome, cateye…you name it. I didn’t even know hot gel existed until I came here, but Mia recommended it and it’s my favorite now! It lasts forever. The photo I posted is hot gel with soft white and chrome. I truly can’t recommend Miracle Nails enough. And to top it off, Mia is just the sweetest person. 💕 As long as I’m in Portland, this is the place!

I moved across the country and was desperately in need of a drill off and new set. Mia got me in the next day and got my nails right. She was gentle and thorough and the shaping is beautiful. With a cute design too! Thank you Mia!

These ladies are absolutely amazing. Everyone in there works so hard to make sure you get what you need. Mia is extremely talented and gave me everything I wanted! I was very nervous to try a new place, especially with a more complex design. Mia made the design even better than the photo!! 💛😍 This is my new spot. I can’t stop bragging. I included photos of my “inspiration” and then of the designs Mia did. I asked for coffin instead of almond and she adjusted the design perfectly. They also have a birthday discount. 🎉♥️ I love Miracle Nails!
